This page is a guide to help you make sure you know what we need from you in order to join our exciting academic and professional community.

There are a few things you need to be aware of if you’re planning to join one of our exciting academic and professional community. We split our requirements into the following categories:

  • National Diploma and Short courses
  • Higher National Diploma
  • Certification

For more details about each of the above requirements, please refer to the relevant study level below.

National Diploma & Short courses requirement

  • At least 4 O/L subjects in one sitting Including Religious Studies
  • Birth Certificate (photocopy)
  • 4 passport size photograph
  • Photocopy of GCE result slips, certificates or its equivalent
  • Photocopy of National ID Card or Passport
  • A Detailed CV
  • Admission form (obtained from the Secretariat)
  • Application fee (ND 5000frs, short courses 00frs)
  • Registration fee (ND 35,000frs, short courses 20,000frs)

HND and HPD Programs

  • At least 4 O/L subjects and 2 A/L in one sitting or a pass in ND, (2 years program)
  • Certified true copies of A/L or BAC
  • Certified true copies of O/L or Probatoire
  • 4 coloured passports
  • Certified true copy of birth certificate
  • Admission form (obtained from the secretariat)
  • Application fee (ND 5000frs)
  • Registration fee (ND 35,000frs)

Diploma Bachelor Entry Requirements

  • Certified true copies of HND or HPD
  • 4 coloured passports
  • A certified true copy of the birth certificate
  • Admission form (obtained from the secretariat)

Admission Decisions 

BCBC does not discuss decisions regarding an applicant’s file. Admissions decisions are final and are not subject to appeal.

Reapplication for Admission

Applicants who have been denied admission to a given program may reapply to a different program which will be recommended to them by the admission director.
